In recent years, many countries carry forward the reform on the social insurance system for the aged, in order to make the most of the enterprise annuity system whose foundation is the administration of the market mechanism.At present, the enterprise annuity system in China is still on the initial stage.Probe into the essence of how to establish and improve the enterprise annuity system proceeded from the actual situation, is of momentous theoretical significance and current value.By means of looking back and analyzing the history about enterprise annuity and the present situation about the SLM electric motor Co.,Ltd , Chongqing, the writer, in this article, makes designs for the scheme of enterprise annuity management of the SLM company. And so, it helps to have a hold on the key question in the concrete practice. On the basis of the policy of the enterprise annuity which we draw a conclusion from the whole process of study that it is necessary and feasible for the SLM Company to pursue the enterprise annuity.This article is an applied thesis for study which integrate theory with practice, and it can be used for reference to pursue the enterprise annuity in Chongqing city.
