Nowadays,with the maturity of plastic film industry,the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. In face of the fierce market competition, increasing product technology content、accelerating product-researching process and boosting market share have become the only proper course to take the enterprise survival. This paper is devoted to selecting the most effective competitive strategy for QYJT enterprise, through the development and implementation of competitive strategy,promoting persistent and robust development of enterprise.QYJT has become one of the largest plastic-film manufacturing enterprises. After decades of development, the company has made outstanding achievements in agricultural plastic-film manufacturing field. However, the simplicity on superior product, and the product research ability cannot meet the demands of market, have severely restrict the further development of the enterprise. How to solve the bottleneck restrictions of the company’s further development, is the company’s senior executives’ first problem. In this paper, by analyzing the QYJT company’s internal and external environment, effectively evaluating the company’s environment, which lay a good foundation on the strategy formulation. Then on the basis of combing the company’s existing competition strategy, we formulate the future strategic target and put forward the scheme of the competitive strategy by using SWOT matrix, and also the implementation and control of strategy analyses. The above process has important and practical significance to maintain good industrial competitiveness of QYJT company, and for other manufacturing enterprises in this industry, the formulation and implementation of competitive strategy has certain reference function.Nowadays, competitive strategy of plastic-film industry has mainly been researched from the view of the whole industry, and given a monolithic answer to the development strategy and path choice of nationwide plastic-film companies.Nevertheless, in particular area and technological environment, development strategy of certain plastic-film industry has its own specificity, relevant research has not given clear answer to this. From analyzing the internal and external environment of QYJT company, this research has concluded the important factors which would influence the competitive strategy making of the company, namely the opportunities and threats from the external environment as well as the strength and weakness from the internal environment, utilized AHP analysis to calculate the weight of each influencing factor,and carried out SWOT analysis of the company’s competitive strategy, to identify the development strategy of the company, which has directive significance for QYJT company to keep superiority in the future’s fierce market competition.
