Research On The Organization And Operation Of Shipbuilding Industrial Cluster Based On Supply Chain

Shipbuilding industry is a strategic industry in China and is an economic growth point of cities near river or sea. Speeding up the development of shipbuilding industrial cluster is the inevitable trend of China to become the biggest shipbuilding country in the world. It is an important way to improve the international competitiveness of shipbuilding industry and narrow the gap between China and Japan and Korea by promoting clustering development of shipbuilding industry. And the clustering development of shipbuilding industry demands to take the large scale enterprises as the leader, and cultivate a batch of supply enterprises of raw materials and matching equipment so as to develop and perfect the supply chain system. As a result, it is necessary to think about and explore the development of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain.Analyzing the meaning and characters of supply chain and industrial cluster, this paper gives the meaning of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain and analyzes the advantages of it. It divides the formation and development stage of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain into four: the formation stage, aggregation stage, prosperous stage and decline stage.This paper analyzes the organization structure and mode of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain. It defines the character of shipbuilding industrial cluster and analyzes the organization structure attribute of shipbuilding industrial cluster. On the basis of this, this paper proposes the organization structure frame of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain and divides the organization structure into the core network and auxiliary network. Through the analysis, this paper puts forwards the organization mode of shipbuilding industry group based on supply chain.This thesis studies the connectionist networks and modes of the operation of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain. It points out the power and gives the connectionist networks (including credit network, knowledge network, information network and logistics network) of the operation. The thesis generalizes the three kinds of interest connectionist modes of the operation, and gives the connectionist modes of the core and auxiliary layers based on the interest relationship.The thesis establishes the operation performance evaluation system of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain. First, the evaluation index system is set up from six aspects: the scale effect, the economic benefit, the production capacity, the creative ability, the cooperative efficiency of enterprises on supply chain, and the contribution to the regional economy of shipbuilding industrial cluster. Then, by applying the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the thesis evaluates the operation performance of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain and makes an empirical analysis.Finally, the countermeasures to improve the operation performance of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain are proposed systematically. To guarantee the long-term benign operation of shipbuilding industrial cluster based on supply chain, the thesis suggests encouraging cooperation and combination between the shipbuilding enterprises, speeding up the development of matching equipment enterprises, developing dislocation competition, making full use of the position and function of the shipbuilding industry association, and laying stress on the training and flowing of talents in the shipbuilding industrial cluster.
