Research Of Knowledge Sharing Mode About Knowledge-based Corporation Based On IT

The concepts of "knowledge-based economy" and "knowledge management" have already spread and accepted extensively in business and the theory boundary. Many overseas classic knowledge administrative cases of Microsoft, IBM, HP have been appeared. By contrast, the empirical research of knowledge management is an insufficiency at home. In knowledge practices, IT is basic foundation of knowledge management, and knowledge sharing is keystone and difficulty of knowledge management. So, the research of knowledge sharing and mode about knowledge-based corporation is very important.First, we define the concept and characteristic of knowledge-based corporation and knowledge sharing in this paper, and we describe importance of knowledge sharing about knowledge-based corporation. Second, we summarize and define four types of knowledge sharing mode. Third, on the basis of theory research, we build the concept model which shows knowledge sharing mode's influence on knowledge sharing in knowledge-based corporation, and we also summarize research suppose. Fourth, the author carries out questionnaire investigation for knowledge-based corporation in within Shan'Xi province. The author uses the popular SPSS software to carry out reliable analysis, describing analysis, relation analysis, and regression analysis. And, we prove concept model and research suppose. Through the analysis above, we know that the expectation, knowledge sharing implementing current situation and the characteristic of knowledge-based corporation. On the basis of above, we define the unit function of knowledge-based corporation's knowledge sharing mode, and validate the unit function by a real case. We analyze the influence of management mode about knowledge-based corporation on knowledge sharing combination. Finally, aiming at knowledge-based corporation, we simply describe the IT implement case of knowledge sharing mode.
