Research On Development Model And Evaluation Of Regional Knowledge Innovation

Under the economical globalization background, the ability of regional innovation becomes the significant foundation of the regional economic rapid development, regional innovation system(RIS)that promotes the region innovation and its construction also become an important issue with widespread attention along with it among the educational world and the whole society. Regional knowledge innovation system(RKIS) is a circle system including knowledge production,knowledge production transform and industrialization, knowledge production diffusing and feedback, new knowledge production, which is the source of regional innovation and the foundation guarantee.The primary work of paper analyzes the domestic and foreign newest research progress of knowledge innovation and regional knowledge innovation, and then research the basic principle of knowledge innovation in organization. Through the research of regional knowledge innovative content, strategic and factors, further study the regional knowledge innovative model. The followed step is evaluating research of RKIS based on DEA model and come up with strategies, to promote rapid development of the region. At last give the sum up and study prospect.The paper attempts to study construction idea, development pattern and policy arrangement of RKIS accord with the characteristics and requirement of Chinese regional economy and social development and the method of innovation performance measurement accord with the intrinsic requirements of RKIS. Results from this study are expected to provide guidance and reference for improving the construction of RKIS.1. On the combination of Predecessor's research about RKIS research, paper put forward the three development models of the regional innovation system, namely, the RKIS based on industrial cluster, a learning-based RKIS and RKIS based on network ,And summed up the characteristics of the different models,policy recommendations,and so on. And give the basic idea of how to chose and construct the China's RKIS.2. Aimed at the roughness and simplex of the evaluation indexes used DEA at present researches, it introduces two indexes into the performance measurement of RKIS, graduate students and sales revenue of new products, makes DEA comprehensive application to evaluate the performance of RKIS of all areas in our country.
