Study On Urban Land Use Based On Urban Rail Transit Construct Infection

With the development of economic,in urban land use and traffic construction,severe test lies.The problems and contradictions between urban land use and the traffic construction will increasingly prominent.With the rapid develpoming of rail transit in our country ,more and more attention has been paid to the great influence brought by the rail transit system on the whole urban space.This dissertation first reviews the land resource universality character and the process of theory development,it mainly study the influence on the urban land pattern and land use intension and land–value which rail transit causes to them.This thesis give an exemple to XI AN rail rapid transit ,it mainly analyses the stimulation effect on the land use along the rail line and rail-transit"corridor effects".The author has developed several practical land use modes around the rail transit stations.Considering the familiarity and advantage of investigation ,the author puts forward a planning strategy on the land- use along the rail line .The strategy includes several aspects as rail transit and land use whole programming,intensify dynamic programming and so on .According to the basic principle of joint development,some constructive suggestion have been made on the investing and operating mode,the supporting system of the law and the policy.
