Research On The Impact Of Urban Rail Transit Construction On Land Use Along The Route And Optimization Countermeasures

With the rapid development of globalization,urbanization and the increasingly serious problem of traffic congestion,urban rail transit stands out becoming the first choice of public transportation for most cities worldwide since its high transport capacity,low emissions and high security.However,the construction of urban rail transit related to the reconstruction of old cities and the development of new cities.So during the construction of rail transit,how to improve the utilization of land along the railway becomes an issue worthy of discussion.The main research content of this paper is about the influence of urban rail transit construction on land use.In the first part,this paper illustrates the background,value,significance and research methods.Next,it identifies some basic concepts.And then,this paper elaborates the theory of corridor effects,TOD model and bid rent.At last,it summarizes the domestic and international research on the theory of rail transit and land use..In the second part,this paper analyzes the Huaqiao section of Shanghai rail transit line 11.According to comparative analysis,statistical analysis etc.methods,this paper analyzes the effect of changing land characteristics,improving land use intensity and land value caused by the construction of rail transit in details.At the same time,the paper will explore the impact of urban rail transit on land ecology from the perception of sustainable development.In the last part,this paper finds out the existing problems of land use along the Kunshan section of Suzhou rail transit line S1,according to the related theories and practical experience.And then,the paper provides some corresponding optimization strategies for the utilization of land along the Kunshan's future rail transit,from the perspective of harmonious development between urban rail transit and utilization of land along railways to ensure the reasonable,ecological and sustainable utilization of land along the Kunshan section of Suzhou rail transit line S1.
