Study On Integrated Logistics Of Manufacturing Corporation Group

Since China's reforming and opening-up, the manufacture industry has been and will go on making enormous contributions to promoting the economics and social development of China. With the entrance to WTO, and the constant development of economy and science technology, our country's manufacturing companies are confronting an important theme which is how to obtain competitiveness in the obvious trend of global economic integration, and the fierce competition market day by day.Collectivized manufacturing company is viewed as the important component, the navigation and the core force of the manufacturing industries. The research on the methods and solutions of the collectivized manufacturing company to obtain competitiveness has important realistic meanings. Compared with the developed countries, the collectivized manufacturing companies of our country have disparity in many aspects. To trace its cause, the lag of logistics development has already become the bottleneck. At present, how to succeed in excavating "the third profit source" in the logistics has become a critical subject of collectivized manufacturing company.At first, this paper makes sure the definition of collectivized manufacturing company in our country, analyzing the characteristic of manufacturing industry and logistics of the collectivized manufacturing company. Through the analysis of the current logistics situation of our country's collectivized manufacturing companies, with reference to the experience of logistics of the manufacturing company in the developed country, the summary of the existing problem of our country's collectivized manufacturing company, we realize that the logistics integration is the key problem in the most serious and badly need of solution for our country's collectivized manufacturing companies.Secondly, this paper analysis the constitution of collectivized manufacturing company's logistics and the theoretical foundation of the logistics integration, and explains some theories particularly, which have established the solid theoretical foundation for implementing the logistics integration in detail. It has put forward the combining logistics integration operation mechanism which is concluded the market demand power mechanism, value excavating mechanism, the security maintaining mechanism that value can be divided, and information technology being guaranteed. Meantime, it also researches on the operation mode of the logistics integration of collectivized manufacturing companies.Moreover, based on the current situation and characteristic of collectivized manufacturing companies, this paper studies the guidelines, goal system, and the content and step on logistics integration. And it analyze the choice of the integration management mode, the information platform, the logistics procedure's optimizing and reconstruction, and a new breakthrough point of the logistics integration in the system.At last, the theory and the method of logistics integration construction are carried on in the construction of Yuchai's logistics integration in this paper.
