Study On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Highway Construction Enterprises

The evaluation research of enterprise competitiveness is an important issue in management science. This years many researchers achieved lots of scientific theories from their hard work. But, there are few theories about highway construction enterprises. Under the background of our country's economic policy is changing, it is necessary for us to study the competitiveness of highway construction enterprises. This will helps highway construction enterprises realize their real level, will helps government and construction organizations to manage their work; will helps our country to become stronger.The dissertation includes: our country's remarkable achievement and the future of highway construction, the recent characters of highway construction enterprises, the theories of evaluation based on resource, environment, knowledge and ability. From four facts include resource, economy, management, technique to analyses highway construction enterprises'competitiveness and builds a system of evaluation. This system includes three levels, the first level includes four facts, the second level includes eleven facts, the third level includes twenty-seven facts.The dissertation uses analytic hierarchy progress (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate highway construction enterprises.In the last chapter, the dissertation results strategy management ,enterprise culture ,enterprise information management are very important for highway construction enterprises. We should focus these aspects to elevate the competitiveness of highway construction enterprises.
