| Performance management is the base of the other parts of human resource management,it's run through all the process.Though the technological consultative type enterprises of our country have some ideas about the performance management, most of the Institution type research institutes reorganize,know few about the performance management and still remain the performance management work in the phase of the elementary performance evaluation.There exist a lot of problems,e.g. confusing the conception of performance management and the conception of performance evaluation;formalizing the process of performance management;not sufficient synthetically use the evaluation result,etc.The paper would like to focus on the employee performance management, combining with the character of project,through the method of job analysis and position evaluation,making each position's job responsibility clearness,using MBO, BSC,KPI getting and confirm the performance indicator and standard,use the method of AHP to determine the importance of the performance appraisal index,Though interview and employee investigation methods find out some problem in performance management work,in terms of both scientificity and practicability designing the performance management system appropriate to technical employees,enhancing the organize project leader performance,completing the object of performance,providing the benefic help for organize development in the future. |
