With the development of knowledge economy and human resource as an important role during economical development, employee had becoming the core of the corporation. Under the increasingly competitive environment, an effective way to improve the corporation’s competitive strength is to inspire the employee’s enthusiasm. Employee’s satisfaction directly determines their working enthusiasm, which influencing the basic situation of the human resource in corporation. Therefore, carrying on a survey of employee’s satisfaction becomes an important communicating method and forecasting tool for a corporation. Throughout the survey, the corporation can catch the employee’s mind and acquaint the effect of the corporation policy change on employee, thus effectively diagnose the underground problems of the corporation which can make a comprehensive evaluation of the corporation’s management. The employee’s satisfaction evaluation is a key forecast warning for the corporation, and it provides an important rule for the human resource management of the corporation.This paper use S Paper Group as a sample, conducts on a survey of employee’s satisfaction. The paper analysis the relationship between the individual variable and the five dimensions of satisfaction—the work itself, corporation management, return of the work, individual career and working groups. It also studies the relationship between the effected influence factors related to work and employee’s satisfaction. The paper can provide some suggestions on how to improve the employee’s satisfaction for the corporation.After the analysis of the740investigated questionnaires, we can find the Human resource Management of the S Paper Group is successful. But it also has some weak points, as follows:the lower salary level, lacking of training system and shortage of the employee career planning system. All of these aspects can be influence the employee’s satisfaction.The paper also gives the good experience of the current Human Resource situation and gives the correspondence measurements. The main measures are as following: adjusting the salary system according to the marketing changes and the company’s general developing strategy; building the data managing system for the employee’s career planning, optimizing training, giving more chances for the employee to attend the company management. All of these measures are hope to improve employee’s satisfaction.
