Every company, whether which kind of business scope and frame, must need human to work. Without the employee’s hard work, the company can do nothing. It is a key point for a company to keep a high level HR group, it decides if the company can insist for long time. However, after getting enough talents, the company must know how to stimulate them and then the employee will give full play to their ability for a good business performance.Nowadays, the phenomenon of labor shortage is becoming more and more obvious. That is difficult for company to absorb new people and hold them, so the HR problem must be taken seriously. AS an important part in HR field, employee satisfaction can supply strong support for a company to build a good HR group and improve business performance. One company with high level employee satisfaction, will be easy to absorb fresh man and their employee having higher level working enthusiasm and easy to getting good mark.Long time ago, the employee satisfaction study began to proceed, and now have a high level, not only theory, but also the practice. The studies have make a contribution to the company’s developing. In China, many domestic companies have gone into a high and import developing stage; they are becoming the world first level group and need employee theory and experience to be a solid back. But our study in China is not very good now; the back is not solid enough now. Then, what we can do is to learn and study the research result and make a proper decision for the employee satisfaction management.FS Company is a direct firm, producing its most kinds of products by itself, so it also can be seen as a manufacturing firm. In the year of 2015, its annual sales reached 4 billion RMB and keep 1800 employees. The company is on a quickly expanding stage, the developing bring many HR problems and employee satisfaction is an important one and need to be solved in hurry. So this study take improving FS employee satisfaction level as target, and do a lot of work, such as collect research result from oversea and domestic, interview and talk with employee, and satisfaction evaluation etc. At last, the study finds out the main problem and tries to solve them by some improvement suggestions.The main study method is questionnaire survey, firsthand experience, interview and discuss with company’s HR leader. Because of the limitation by data analysis, the study takes behind three methods as a supplement for questionnaire survey analysis. In a word, the study tries its best to find the real employee satisfaction problem and the reason. The basic structure of the study is as below:first is to collect and read related theory; second is to design questionnaire by referring to MSQ, at the same time, the researcher do a interview with many employees to be a supplement; third is to do data analysis and find the reason; at last, the study give out improvement suggestions.The study object is a direct selling company, its operation and management model is special with traditional ones. This study result have some innovation, mainly is for direct selling company to improve management level.
