| During the period of the transformation of economic systems, the Kailuan group tries to adapt themselves to the marketing economy. But there also appears a lot of problems in internal management and corporation culture construction. Based on the analysis on these problems, the framework of corporation culture construction is put forward with the direction of theory of modern management and corporation culture. And then the content of corporation culture is designed with the analysis of development history and real condition of the Kailuan group. The result of this dissertation will be helpful for the culture construction of the Kailuan group.The contents of the dissertation are described as below.Firstly, the theories of corporation culture are studied, such as the concept, definition, characteristics, structure and functions of corporation culture. And these studies are also the basement of this dissertation.Secondly, the basic introduction of Kailuan group is presented, includes the history, the organization structure, the operation and the safety condition of the Kailuan group. Then the arising problems in the corporation culture construction are analyzed with the questionnaire interview.Thirdly, the framework of the corporation culture construction of the Kailuan group is put forward, includes the requirement of the culture construction, the basic rules in culture construction and the goals of culture construction of the Kailuan group.At last the important contents in culture construction of the Kailuan group are presented based on the theory of corporation culture. Then the spirit systems, the corporation identity systems, the management mode and the safety management mode are studied deeply.The conclusions of the dissertation are helpful for the corporation culture construction of the state-owned coal mining corporations and other similar corporations. And this is also helpful for the competition improvement of these corporations by the corporation culture construction. |
