| Since the new century, with the growing shortage of resources, deteriorating environment, the development of recycling economy become a trend. Circular economy requires the production of new knowledge economy to follow the laws of nature as much as possible to achieve recycling, in order to achieve a win-win environmental and economic goals of sustainable development requires. Development of recycling economy requires more resources into the circulatory system for recycling. Hence the need for production, transportation and consumption of waste generated during the first recovery and treatment, and then return to the production chain, each link of which must be achieved by means of reverse logistics.With the continuous improvement of people’s health awareness, drug safety has been growing attention, but pharmaceutical companies focus on the efficiency of logistics operations mostly reflected in the forward logistics for pharmaceutical investment increased emphasis on drug reverse logistics, lack of correct understanding, and thus to decrease the quality of work and economic efficiency of enterprises and society as a whole benefits of potential problems, so the development of drugs reverse logistics is a priority. This paper from the cycle of economic theory and the theory of reverse logistics, reverse logistics particularity to explore how to combine the characteristics of the waste for recycling household waste pharmaceutical drugs, better integration of recycling channels to establish a recycling center, in order to achieve conservation of resources, increase efficiency purposes.Firstly, the article presents the research background, summarizes current research scholars. Then summarize the theory of reverse logistics and waste treatment drugs, analyzes the particularity of the reverse logistics of drugs, and the mode of operation of the existing reverse logistics analysis and comparison. Then, starting from Suzhou, design questionnaires to local residents, pharmacies, drug recycling hospitals were analyzed, the results for the design of the network model. Then on the reverse logistics works explore abandoned drugs, including internal body mechanisms involved in selected works, and draws its reverse logistics network diagram. Finally, based on these studies, proposed to increase the reverse logistics industry, pharmaceutical waste countermeasures and suggestions. |
