There are more and more waste household appliances been cast to environment with the popularity of household appliances and the fast development of electronic technique. If these electronic rubbishes cannot be effectively handled in time, resources cannot be reused, and it will result to environment pollution and negative external benefit. The system construction for reverse logistics of waste household appliances has been focused on as an effective way to solve this problem. An effective system of waste household appliances reverse logistics is related with a game between government and enterprise. The level of environment pollution determines whether government will control reverse logistics or not. Enterprise's attitude towards waste household recycling is not only determined by government's interferences, but also depends on the cost and benefit brought by it.There are three sections in this paper. First, it analyses and evaluates the influences of waste household appliances and indicates the necessity of reverse logistics of waste household appliances and public regulation from environmental perspective. Second, this paper constructs the model of reverse logistics of waste household appliance using economics theory and estimates cost and benefit taking Guiyu town as a case study. Third, this paper combines above-mentioned analysis result and performs a game between government and enterprise. This section first constructs a dynamic two-stage game model. Then, a three-stage game model is constructed based on forward model to simulate the relation between government's incentive policy and enterprise's efforts. At last, according to above research result as well as the handling situation of waste household appliance, this paper puts forward some advices to develop our country's reverse logistics of waste household appliances.
