After 30 years' Reform and opening up, private economy plays a more and more important role in country's economy. Company A is a very famous sports equipment manufacturer of Quanzhou where its private economy is highly developed. Company A has about 20 years' history and was the first famous sports brand in Fujian province. But a lot of other competitive companies have exceeded it now. Company A's new CEO hopes its brand become a internal brand of professional sports equipment. But now, lacking of talent personals becomes a bottleneck of its fast development. So formulating a scientific and realistic human resource strategy not only means a lot for company A but is meaningful to other private corporate. In order to find a suitable human resource strategy for company A, I analyze the internal situation and external competitive environment at first and then formulate a human resource strategy according to the relative theories.Currently, the most serious problems of Company A's human resources management include the lack of modern human resources management concept, the lack of overall human resources planning and the lack of scientific management methods. Company A is not attractive to talent people and its current employees receive little development. In light of these problems, this dissertation believe Company A should formulate a human resources strategy of the combination of restructuring and investment-type human resources strategy according to its strategy ot differentiating their products, self-channel, international brand strategy .They should establish the corporate culture of respect for the talent and formulate corresponding policies to attract outstanding personnel. Through external recruitment of key personnel and the establishment of good internal echelon personnel training system at all levels, train a lot of outstanding managers. Using high variable pay system and other non-material means to motivate staffs farthest. The final aim is providing sufficient human resource for the company's development.
