Coal gangue, which has not only occupied precious land but also destroyed ecological environment, and it is a by-product in the process of coal production. It is urging to build some comprehensive power factories in order to make use of them. Therefore, it seems to be more and more important to analyze and appraise the risk at project of coal gangue during the period of investment and management. Currently, ascertained means is generally taken to evaluate the economic benefit for Chinese Project Coal gangue. However, the profit of Project Coal gangue is practically influenced by many random factors that play an important role, and easily change, and then the only sensitive analysis is not comprehensive at all. We must review the possible risk and the credibility of those economic indexes for Project Coal gangue, and then a comprehensive risk analysis is required.By referencing to those international experience, this Paper has applied Monte Carlo Simulation to the risk analysis of Project Coal gangue in Zixing Mineral Group, and established an useable model to help making decision. Also, this paper has analyzed Coal gangue industry's present status and developing trend, specified the main risk resource of Project Coal gangue in Zixing Mineral Group. A large number of data are adopted to analyze the risk resource of Project Coal gangue in Zixing Mineral Group, and quantitative analyzing model is raised at the base of qualitative analysis. Combined with the practical condition in Zixing, through applying some specific data to the model this paper has calculated the risk during Project Coal gangue in Zixing Mineral Group.
