With China's access to World Trade Organization,a large number of foreign companies has entered into China mainland and the competition in domestic market and international market is becoming increasingly fierce.Talent is a key factor for enterprises to maintain competitiveness.Among the six modules of human resources management,the performance management and reward management are two core parts.Effective and reasonable performance and reward system can make an enterprise attract and keep talent,promote their enthusiasm and initiative,improve efficiency and enterprise competitiveness.Therefore,to establish a scientific,standardized and rational system of performance management and compensation management system is the urgent problem for each enterprise.This thesis takes BK Co.,Ltd.as its study object,systematically study its performance management and compensation management system.Firstly,the author expounds the related performance management and reward management concepts,theories and studies.Secondly,there are some analysis for the existing problems and causes of BK company's performance and compensation management at this stage.Lastly,solutions and suggestions are put forwarded.This article is an attempt for small and medium foreign trade enterprise performance management and compensation management research.Through this study,small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises can get some inspiration in the practice of management retaining talent,motivating talented people.
