Empirical Research On The Major Technical Innovation Of Pharmaceutical Industury In Hebei Province

Pharmaceutical industry highly depends on technical innovation, the capability of technical innovation influences the development of the industry directly. With the process of China entering the WTO, we are facing more serious competition in the pharmaceutical market. Pharmaceutical industry takes a very important place in Hebei province. How to improve the capability of technical innovation and the competition of the whole industry in the future has important realistic meaning.Based on the technical innovation theories and industry innovation theories, this paper launched the research of the capability of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province.First of all, with the analysis on the present condition of the pharmaceutical industry and the technical innovation system, found that although the pharmaceutical industry kept the good develop tendency, also exist many problems, if we don't give enough recognition,it will surely embarrass the development of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei. Also proved that study the technical innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province is indispensable and important.Secondly, using factor analysis and classify analysis estimated the technical innovation capability of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province. By the transverse comparison of other 28 regions of the whole country, found out the disparity between Hebei province and other regions. By analyzing the development of the integrated technical innovation capability and each main factor from 1995 to 2005, found out the trend of the technical innovation capability and the advertent problems.The end, this paper combines the trend of the major technical and the fact of Hebei province, built up the technical innovation system of pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province, which was constituted by the innovation innovator system, the innovation service system, the innovation support system and the innovation circumstance system. Hope to provide support to the pharmaceutical industry in Hebei province.
