The Developing Strategy Research On The New-type Industrialization Background Of Industrial Enterprises In XiangXi

The Tu and Miao Minority Autonomous Prefecture of Western Hunan locates in the west of Hunan, adjacenting to the provinces of HU Bei, Si Chuang and Gui Zhou. Its population accounts for 72.9 percent of the total population in this area and it is a typical area of "old, young, remote, and poor". It is also the main battlefield of Anti-poverty projects in Hunan. Since the reform and opening-up, the industrial economy in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture has been developed significant, and formed a certain scale industrial enterprises. However, the current state of industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is not optimistic. The problems such as slow speed of development, small volume, the irrational structure, weak market competitiveness, backward technologies, short industrial chain, serious pollution, poor correlation, low level of management, etc., restrict the further development of industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.Through studying the industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture under the backgroung of newly industrialization, taking the enterprise groups of the whole industrial enterprises in this area as objects, the main purpose of this paper is to explore the strategic issues in the development of the enterprises in this area. That is, how to make use of the theories and methods provided by the process of newly industrialization to promote the leap-over development of industrial of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and eventually to achieve its sustainable development. The significances of this reasearch are as follows: one is to achieve the sustainable development of industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and to solve the contradictions between the the development of economy and eco-environment; the other is to make full use of the opportunities of newly industrialization to realize industrial rejuvenation and finally achieve the goal of leap-over development of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.This paper at first analyzes the necessity and feasibility of newly industrialization of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture, and concludes that it is the viable option for the economic development of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. Then, in response to the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenge of the industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture under the background of newly industrialization, it proposes the strategic direction, strategic focus and strategic objective of the industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture. At last, it demonstrates the support system of the development strategy of industrial enterprises in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture under the background of newly industrialization, and puts forward that it should be supported from the systems of finacial security, system security, and science and talent security.
