The Research On Social Problems Existing In The Process Of Rural Laborer Transfer

Since reform and opening-up,China's rural labor force expanding,transfer mode has also undergone a change.Overall,The adjustment of national policies is the main influencing factors which arising from the change of the size,the number and the transfer mode about rural labor force .China's rural labor force have experienced four phases:transfer to the height - stagnant–quick transfer- low tide period.From the perspective of rural labor transfer mode,through such a process:local transfer in 1980s—growing regional flow—a combination of local transfer and regional flow. From the overall development situation of China's rural labor force transfer , mainly in young and middle-aged labor,non-formal employment forms of employment,transfer form mainly change from family separation to family of mobile,migrant workers is relatively higher quality of staff than the local labor force. With the acceleration of urbanization process, as well as deepening the reform of the system, the policy has been more and more conducive to the transfer of rural labor, rural labor transfer will be further expanded, the transfer of models and features will also change.During the process of rapid development in dustrialization and urbanization, large-scale transfer of rural labor transfer to the city has play an increasingly important role in urban development and construction, and has brought a profound impact on the development of socio-economic in our rural and urban. However,"urban-rural dualstructure"in the core of the household registration system formed under China's traditional planned economy system , and are on the trend of curing in certain areas and links appear and gradually spread to the cities to form a"city of the dual structure"That is in cities there is two classes which is based on identity-based difference,has a man-made growing income gap and a growing social differentiation.That is, urban residents and migrant workers. This is not only impact on the further spread of the transfer of rural labor force , but also restricts the process of urbanization in China to some extent. In recent years, migrant workers in cities has become a special social groups,They work and live long-term in cities, improve their own income .At the same time they has made important contributions for the city's economic development . Under the existing system, however, the employment of migrant workers in cities are faced with not only difficult to recognize the plight of urban residents, but also a certain degree of impact on their families, family planning, children's education and maintenance, which triggered a series of social problems.Transfer of rural labor exist a series of social problems: first, the identity of migrant workers and right of political participation and the inflow and outflow have been affected to a certain extent.Rural labor force in the city suffer employment discrimination, low level of income, poor working and living environment.Despite they have made the enormous contribution ,it is difficult to integrate into urban society, social lack of identity and a sense of belonging, social differentiation is a serious problem. Third, high mobility of migrant workers has led to great difficulty. because the majority of migrant workers lack of knowledge of reproductive health, the quality of the population of our country of birth have been affected. Fourth, long-term separation of family members, husband and wife lack of communication which is necessary, resultin lack of affection. Different living environment result husband and wife have differences in the various temptations .easily leading to the breakdown of the marital relationship. The marriage of young labor force, although the young people are more adapted to urban life and ideas, but will not be accepted by city people, they tend to make a marital relationship with those have similar background. home or a suitable companion who go out to work together . Fifth, China has entered the aging society, the majority of the elderly in rural areas. However, most of old people in rural areas are lack of of rural social old-age insurance coverage, most do not have the financial sources of the elderly. Accompanied by a large number of young farmers go out, empty-nest families increased.Old peple's lives can hardly be guaranteed.At present, the transfer of rural labor has given rise to attention of many demographers, sociologists, economists .Government should pay attention social problems during the transfer. First of all, change household registration system, the root cause of many social problems are the household registration system, the household registration system resulted in differences between urban and rural areas , and lead rural laborers and urban residents in employment discrimination. secondly improve the social security system, so that the rural labor force in urban life and urban residents enjoy the same fair treatment.Thirdly, implement a wide range of rural old-age pension system, At the same time, raise the educational level of the rural labor force, help them have the ability to learn, to master certain scientific and cultural knowledge. to improve living quality of rural labor force and make them continue to make contributions to the construction of urban society.
