With the rapid development of Chinese economic in recent years,Chinese power plants have continued to expand its scale of construction;the competition among power enterprises is becoming fiercer.As the measure of controlling the costs,improving the efficiency of the power enterprises,material procurement management should be worthy of being taken into deep research and consideration.The essay tells procurement management,supply chain management and other relevant theories,analysis of the historical background and contemporary status of the Chinese power plant built project,material procurement management combining with the actual situation and my own working experience,based on the investigation of the procurement planning,pricing, process control and supplier management,proposes the ideas of improving the material procurement management and the ways of optimizing measures.At last,taking Mineng power plant as an example,this demonstrates the conclusion of the essay.According to the innovation of the procurement management,providing methods for referring to promote the level of Chinese power plant built procurement management.
