Study Of The Selection And Evaluation Of Real Estate Developers In Green Supply Chain

Under the new situation, the main resistance of our country’s economic and social development comes from the pressure of energy supply and demand and the deteriorating living environment. With the energy crisis and the growing pollution of the environment,countries all over the world are looking for the solution to reduce the energy consumption and improve the ecological environment. In recent years, with the increase of consumer awareness of environmental protection, the shortage of resources and environmental pollution caused by the development of real estate industry has received much attention of the community. Under such conditions, many real estate development enterprises began to develop green projects.But the real estate industry is different from other industries, real estate enterprises could not undertake alone all work in real estate project development, but by building a supply chain in the form of real estate to get their own advantages. Meanwhile, the supplier has a profound influence on the normal operation and the overall performance of the real estate green supply chain. Therefore, in-depth study of the supplier selection problems under the green supply chain environment has practical significance.In the study, this paper uses several research methods, such as literature review,mathematical modeling, case analysis and so on. Through rigorous logical reasoning and coherent text expression, the paper discusses the reasonable and efficient method for supplier selection and evaluation.Based on the relevant researches, the paper carries out the following innovations.1) This paper expounds the different classification of the supplier under the green supply chain. By the study of real estate green supply chain and the theory of real estate supplier selection, the paper analyzes the particularity of real estate supplier evaluation under green supply chain, and by learning from the Kraljic matrix, the paper proposes the supplier selection type under green supply chain.2) This paper establishes a set of index system of green supply chain of real estate supplier evaluation. Based on the green supply chain, evaluation system of real estate supplier is more comprehensive and more strategic. On the foundation of real estate green supply chain structure model, the paper proposes to integrate environmental factors intothe traditional supplier evaluation index and therefore form the evaluation index system of green supply chain of real estate supplier assessment.3) This paper presents the method of selection and evaluation of green supply chain of real estate supplier method. The traditional evaluation method mainly depends on the decision maker and the experts’ judgment to subjectively determine. In this paper, the objective condition of supplier evaluation is combined with the traditional evaluation method, and the combination of entropy weight and gray correlation projection is proposed. Through the scientific weight coefficient to adjust the subjective deviation, the weight of the supplier’s evaluation index can be determined quantitatively, and the reference method for the scientific evaluation of the supplier in real estate development is provided.4) This paper constructs a set of model of supplier selection in the environment of green supply chain. In view of the present situation of supplier management, a set of model of supplier selection in the environment of green supply chain is established.The selection of supplier in the model should not only consider the project level, but also consider the selection of supply chain level.
