Faced with increasingly fierce market competition environment,more and more companies began to focus on supply chain management thinking in the construction industry,with the development of this trend,the competition between supply chains has been taking the place of the traditional form of competition between enterprises.This makes the evaluation and selection of materials suppliers becomes particularly important under the project supply chain environment.Construction companies need to develop a set of standards and methods which is reasonable and practical as the basis when they select suppliers.So as to the supplier partners have their unique advantages and service delivery which ensures the project could stable operation under the supply chain environment.This article focus on the research of suppliers’ selection under project supply chain environment,providing a theoretical basis for the realization of scientific and rational choice of suppliers.This paper first describes the connotation and characteristics of project supply chain,at the same time looks the project purchaser of construction enterprises as the core business,combined with the actual situation and problems exists of China’s construction projects supplier selection.Then contrast and analysis the characteristics between supply chain procurement mode and traditional purchasing mode.On this basis,analyzes the major factors of supplier selection,then supplier evaluation system constructed according to the principles of established.Then the paper proposes two methods of supplier selection, one is intuition fuzzy entropy TOPSIS method which should be used when using open tendering,the other is entropy-gray correlation-TOPSIS methodwhich should be used when applying invited tendering.In the intuition fuzzy entropy TOPSIS model I introduce a parameter which could measure hesitation degree when determining the right of subjective indicators in order to improve the accuracy of subjective indicators evaluation;Entropy-gray relational-TOPSIS model combines the advantages of each single method,calculating each index by combining subjective weighting with objective entropy.This method combined with gray relational analysis to make up for shortcoming of rigid solution of TOPSIS and achieve the effect of hardness and softness,making a more reasonable evaluation results.And finally these two methods were certified feasible by instances.
