Study On The Potentiality Of Land Intensified Utilization Of Rural Settlement Of QianJiang City

Land is the essential resource for human's existence and development;it is an important foundation to sustainable development of human society.At present,with the high-speed economic development and the aggravation of human-land conflict,Because of the Existing rural settlements occupied too much land,so promoting the intensive utilization of rural settlements is becoming the focus.This article takes QianJiang city for example,researching the intensive utilization of it.Due to lack of systematic planning,rural settlements scattered with generally Disorderly or extensive in land-use and has a great number,so,it makes great waste of land.This article takes the intensive utilization of rural settlement for study,evaluating each small towns of QianJiang city,combining the overall planning of QianJiang land use to calculate the potentiality of rural settlements.This article's research help improving land use efficiency, relieving conflict of human and land;secondly,making the farmer livelihood better;finally, accelerating industrialization and urbanization and improving utilization of resources.The fist part of this article discuses some theories of utilization of rural settlements, including some research results about utilization of agricultural land and urban land.The second part includes construction of target system of intensive utilization of rural settlement and relevant evaluation model.The third part use the above-mentioned research results to research the utilization of rural settlement of QianJiang city and evaluate thirty small towns of QianJiang,then,combining the overall planning of QianJiang land use to calculate the potentiality of rural settlements.The last part proposes some suggestions for resolving the problems in utilization of rural settlement.
