Effective performance management is a focus problem of modern human resource management. As a sort of modern management tool and means, effective performance appraisal system can make enterprise come to goal, create high performance and become headspring of shape and development of enterprise .So how to establish effective performance appraisal system become a focus of domestic enterprise. Under this situation, rooting basis modern achievements management related principle and the method, it is so a urgent question to carry on comprehensive, science analysis and the research to present achievements management system of small companies, fully affirm in its application process success experience, summarize its existence insufficiency, and according to other some enterprises in the achievements management aspect success experience and carry on the discussion to the company achievements management system improvement.In the text the study of the design of KPI mainly contained three parts. First, in-depth study of the modern theory of performance management into a foundation, and the status of research in the practice of Chinese and foreign enterprises, as a support of this theory. Presented research ideas, research content and the relevance of research. Secondly, through the introduction of the specific content of the existing performance management system of more companies to its specific analysis in the full recognition of its implementation of the positive, in-depth analysis of the deficiencies, and causes of such problems, as well as basic attributes responses. Again, using advanced performance management theory to rely on foreign companies to learn from the successful experience of performance management, in conjunction with the new status quo of HY,on the question of the existence of targeted with specific ideas to improve practice. An performance management system adapted to the new status quo of HY is perfect, a perfect job analysis, assessment methods, assessment frequency, the specific content of the use of result. It is proved to be important to found a appraisal system suited to its developing present situation through the study of the flow of the design of KPI and the analysis of use of HY. Its practical significance is that, first, to provide a theoretical basis for HY's performance management system improvement.The second, to provide information and reference for the other similar companies' performance management.
