In recent years, with the establishment of the city commercial banks like bamboo shoots after a spring rain, the competition between banking industry has been changing the resources competition to the competition for talent, especially talent competition. In order to obtain the competitive advantage in this competition, an enterprise must improve employee’s work performance and in this way to improve its whole efficiency. As the core of human resource management, Performance management, the business manager’s necessary measures and manage tools, must pay attention to.Financial markets is the one of main profit making departments of H bank Creation Department. So how to improve employee’s work performance and create more profits is a pressing matter of the moment to the Department Manager. Based on the analysis to the present situation of performance management in H bank, this thesis uses advanced performance management theory, combined with the actual needs of the company, designs the bank staff performance management system of H financial markets department finally and put forward the implement of the security measures to this system.This paper makes systematically analysis and design about H bank mainly through the following several aspects:the current situation of performance management, the existing problems, the theory of performance management and the performance management system design.The main achievement is to apply the advanced performance management concept to the H bank financial market department performance management system, meanwhile considering the actual situation of H bank financial markets to the maximum extent. Hoping this designed performance management system can play its due role in bank H, help to solve problems, improve the performance of staff, and promote H bank financial market’s long-term stable development. At the same time provides some reference for other department’s performance management.
