Research Of Industrial Upgrading For FuZhou Gulf Salt Field Based On The Principle Of Cyclic Economy

Along with the development of global economic,the contradictory between human and resources deepens gradually.One of the main method is advancing the cyclic economy to promote upgrade industries,is also an efficient path to enhance the core competitiveness of regional economic.To overcome the unfavorable factors which have been brought up by the traditional economical development model,circular economy principles have to be insisted on in the process of industrial structure modification,to rationale and update the developmental model of the salt field.This paper,on the basis of introducing the basic content,principles and models etc of circular economy and industrial upgrade,brings the idea of circular economy into industrial upgrade,analyses where the conflicts between the traditional industrial structure and the sustainable development,summarizes the current developmental situation of the Dalian Fuzhou Gulf Salt Field.By further analysis of the reformation of introducing the circular economy to promoting industrial upgrading,this paper discusses the relevant measures to stimulate salt field development in the new era,and concludes that sustainable development can only be obtained from four aspects,namely,system innovation,management innovation, capital operation and government support.This paper,under the guidance of circular economy,following the lead of analysing the relation and interactive functions between circular economy and industrial upgrade,reveals the necessary effort required by the sustainable development of the Fuzhou Salt field. Combined with the economical development of the salt field,especially the actual situation of circular economical development,related measures are proposed,and at the same time, introduces circular economy into industrial upgrade and the concept of environment upgrade, therefore,this paper provide a bright direction to the circular development of regional economy,and meanwhile,it not only provides reliable course to the governmental optimization of resource allocation and state-owned enterprises reformation,but also provides reference to the relevant policy making of state-owned enterprises reform and management.
