Study On Pork Price Fluctuation In HUHHOT

Meat industry occupies an important position in agriculture. It has become an important pillar of agriculture and rural economic development, and played irreplaceable role in speeding up the food in the transformation, expansion of rural employment, increasing farmer's income, promoting the development of farming and related industries, revitalizing the rural economy. Livestock products are the end products of agricultural production. It is indispensable to the survival of human nutrition. If our food lacks the protein, particular the shortage of animal protein, it may lead the proportion imbalance of food and have certain effects on human health. To promote the food structure from having enough food and clothing to the nutrition-based, health-based, we should actively promote the sustainable development of animal husbandry in order to satisfy people's demand for high quality meat products. However, the waves of meat prices have increased the business risks of herdsmen, dampened the enthusiasm of their production and social stability in the overall price level. For solving these problems, we should study on affected factors of the pork price fluctuation. Analyzing the law of impacting the pork price fluctuation, it is certain significant to resolve the current "three rural issues" , the development of agricultural economy and increase the people's quality of life.This article based on previous references and theories of economics and management. It used statistical methods with market and statistic data to analysis the factors of pork price. In addition, this paper adopted the normative and empirical approaches to find out the laws of pork price fluctuation. Also it gave some policy recommendations in order to stabilize pork price in Huhhot.
