Study On Evaluation And Countermeasure Of Sustainable Land Utilization Of Xi'an Based On Ecological Footprint

In this article,Land utilization in the Xi'an has constructed database foundation, the application improvement's Xi'an ecology trail model,carries on the sustainable analysis to the Xi'an 1999～2007 year land utilization situation,the question which in the analysis present land resource use exists,analyzes the reason thoroughly,proposes the practical and feasible countermeasure and the suggestion,the promotion land resource sustainable use.Finally get some conclusion as follow:(1) Proposes the Xi'an ecology trail model:The stress reflected a specific ecosystem withstands pressure;Takes the biology productivity by the Xi'an output; Supplier who regards as the forest land the fossil energy place.(2) The Xi'an cultivated area overall assumes the declining trend,during 9 years have net reduction 27670.6 hm~2,the construction land total quantity have assumed the trend of escalation.The Xi'an non-agriculture construction land area expands process the process which increases the urbanization rate must be quicker than;The urban land delivers increases obviously,in 2007 is 0.2830 Yuan/hm~2,compared in 1999 to grow 62.42%;in 2007,because the construction land the ecological value loss which increases appears amounts to 88,464,100 Yuan,the economical swift growth is take sacrifices the environment as the price..(3) In the Xi'an 9 years,the subsistence means ecology trail corresponds 4 kind of living thing production land's total ecology trail and the average per person ecology trail general trend is increasing,besides the forest land,the farming,the lawn and the waters has the varying degree the ecological deficit.The energy trail total quantity has assumed the trend of escalation,in 2007 has achieved 1999 2.29 times.Although Xi'an's energy is gradually enhancing using the efficiency,the unit land area produces the economic value increases gradually,but because economic output's fast increase,the Xi'an energy use the pressure which creates to the natural environment is getting bigger and bigger. (4) Increases in view of the construction land,must enhance the urban interior land consolidation exploitability,uses the space and the idle land effectively,raises the spatial three-dimensional use level;In order to guarantee that at the same time the current social life demand must maintain the good ecological environment,Xi'an also needs to increase the 0.0314hm~2/cap's cultivated area,the 0.0273hm~2/cap's lawn area and the 0.0109hm~2/cap's waters area,must achieve must protect the land resource,strict control population quantity,guides the resident to expend reasonably;According to the fossil energy land's supply and demand condition,suppresses the fossil energy land demand,simultaneously ecology land biology productivity,thus increases the ecology land system whole the solid carbon to release the oxygen ability.
