| Food is the fundamental material for the human to exist and develop. With China's economic development and living standards improving, people pay more and more attention to the quality of the diet. However, in recent years, as a series of food safety incidents happened constantly, the food security sense of the consumer declined quickly. The food safety issue has become one of the issues that people most concerned about today. As an emerging mega-city of immigrants, Shenzhen is possessed of a special economy and society environment, which makes the safety management of Shenzhen more complex and extremely difficult. So the studying on the food safety issue of Shenzhen is valuable for other cities to take examples. How to draw a comprehensive understanding of the status quo of Shenzhen's food safety issue and management system, analyze the deep-seated causes of the food safety issues, and then build an effective and efficient food safety management system to raise the level of food safety of Shenzhen, is the main content of this article. This article started from the definition of food safety, analyzed the national food safety issue and management system as the background, and then systematically analyzed the characteristics of the Shenzhen's food safety issue from three different sides——economic and social environment, food production and supply, food circulation and consumption. Next,the article explored in-depth analysis of the causes and the specific impact factors of food safety issues, focusing on the market causing mechanism. Then, the article analyzed the Shenzhen's Pork Safety Management System as a case of success, and built a complete framework of food safety management system, basing on the previous analysis on the market causing mechanism of food safety issues. At last, combined with the problems of Shenzhen's food safety management system, concrete suggestions were put forward to improve the food safety management system of Shenzhen. |
