As the acceleration of China's process of building a well-off society in all-round way and the improvement of the people's living standard and quality,the demand for milk becomes larger and larger.The enormous growing potential of milk consumption makes the liquid milk transportation face with enormous opportunities and challenges,meanwhile the high standards and strict requirements of liquid milk transportation bring forward a new topic to railway container transportation.This thesis studies and analyzes the liquid milk container regular train of Erie and Mengniu Group which are transported by China Railway Container Transport Corp.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as CRCT).Since the first CRCT liquid milk container regular train was run successfully on September 16,2003,it has achieved good effects and opened a new chapter for China railway container transportation.But in the operating practice of past few years shows that the liquid milk container regular train transportation still has many problems.On the basis of summarizing the development of the liquid milk container regular train,the thesis studies and analyzes the current operation model,transportation organizations and regular train operation plans and identifies the existing problems.Based on the reference of large number of relevant research works from home and abroad,adopting methods of investigation and prediction,combining theory and practice,system engineering and optimization theory and method,the thesis intends to optimize the regular train operation plan and transport organization of CRCT liquid milk regular train and bring forward the liquid milk container regular train operation model and marketing strategy adapted to market development.
