Research On Supply Chain Adaptability

With the scientific progress and the development of productivity,the level of customers' consumption becomes higher and higher.The competition between enterprises is growing.Economic and social environment changes enormously.Supply chain system is faced with an uncertain external environment in which full of changes. Supply chain system constantly changes the structure of organization and mode of operation to adapt to changes of environment.From the perspective of capabilities and attributes,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the supply chain external environment,discusses the contents and characteristics of supply chain adaptability, establishes evaluation index system based on analyzing the impact factors of supply chain adaptability,uses DEA/AHP model to analyze an example,and verifies the feasibility of evaluation index system.From the perspective of a process,this paper uses synergitics theory to analyze supply chain how to adapt to external environment and its evolution process,analyzes the self-organization characteristics of supply chain system, and establishes the order parameter equation and the potential function equation.
