In the increasingly severe employment situation,as a new type of employment channels,flexible employment naturally goes into graduates' vision and be closely concerned by them for its flexibility and the characteristics of low-cost.Actively encouraging university graduates to participate in flexible employment,forming the employment pattern that informal employment and flexible employment coexist and promoting each other is a both forward-looking and realistic strategic choice to solve the employment problem of college graduates.The university graduates who participate in the flexible employment have not only general characteristics,but also other outstanding features such as higher employment levels,strong liquidity and so on. However,this group's lack of social security is not only impeding the development of flexible employment,but also posed a severe challenge on the universality and fairness of social security.Therefore,in order to promote flexible employment of university graduates,it is necessary to eliminate all barriers against the employment system based on the clear understanding of the major factor which restricted the development of social insurance in university students according to China's national conditions,develop the policy of social insurance for its unique characteristics,create a good atmosphere for flexible employment in the whole society,and promote the university students of flexible employment to achieve their social insurance rights.
