In the 21st century, along with the development of knowledge economy and the increasing competition of the market, how to motivate employees to create more wealth for business enterprises has become a concerning problem for lots of entrepreneurs and managers. In such an environment, performance pay has developed, it has been used in many large and medium-sized enterprises, and has achieved very good results. Well, the private enterprises how to use such a pay system to incentive employees?Based on above,this article take Anhui Ruisen Auto Trading Company as the analysis object, take the theories of the performance pay as the foundation, take fully analyzes of this company's human resources condition, performance evaluation and salary management status as the basis, proposed that the design of the performance pay is the best choice in this situation. In the specific design of the performance pay system,this article used the questionnaire survey method to analyze the company's position; used some methods to evaluation the position; used the market research and interviews to get the levels of the all 4S shops in hefei. Also,this article proposed three safeguards for the system. I hope this article can have some positive references to 4S shops and the private enterprises.
