| Since the beginning of the 21st century, the rapid development of tourism and the the constantly aggressive tide of economic globalization provides good opportunities to the hotel industry in our country, but meanwhile, brings great challenges and impacts to it. Faced with fierce competition in the market, excellent managers are undoubtedly the most valuable resources to the hotel and also the key factor to the effect of corporation operation. Therefore, the managers'incentive mechanism plays an extremely important role in the corporation survival and development. This thesis tries to take the managers and senior managers of Jianmin International Hotel as the research objective, after fully learning from the latest theoretical achievements on the incentive mechanism and analyzing the current situation of the managers and senior managers'incentive mechanism of Jianmin International Hotel, it provide new constructional thinking of the incentive mechanism .Jianmin International Hotel is the only one four-star hotel in the Shaoyang city. However, in the past two years the hotel industry is developing rapidly and market competition is increasingly fiercer, hence the hotel urgently needs to improve the incentive mechanism established at the beginning of opening. This thesis investigates the staff satisfaction of the Jianmin International Hotel by interviews, questionnaires, statistical analysis ,etc to analyze the current situation and existent problems of the managers and senior managers'incentive mechanism and to raise the new constructional thinking of the incentive mechanism, that is, to establish the spirit encouraging mechanism which takes corporate culture as the core, to set up the scientific and reasonable performance management system, to form performance- oriented salary system, to build up train-based career development system, to construct the positive working incentive mechanism, to constitute the new incentive mechanism which takes the moderate incentive and constraint mechanism as primary contents. Lastly, according to the hotel's practical situation, this thesis will put forward the safeguard measures and implementing steps during the process of the new incentive mechanism operation, and design solutions to possible problems synchronously.All in all, how to manage and use talents well has become the key point which determines a company's success or failure. Jianmin International Hotel should lay emphasis on staff's motivation. The hotel should motivate Administrative staff by the integrated incentive mechanism in order to improve staff's activeness, ownership and creativeness. Only if the hotel sets up modern incentive mechanism fitted with its own character to cultivate talent, motivate talent and maintain talent, can it keep invincible in the fierce market competition. |
