Along with the process of economic development, the industry of tourism also emerged rapidly; many countries and regions began to notice that the tourism industry is one of the pillar industries in the national economic system; the significantly emerging trend of tourism industry can also accelerate the overall local competitiveness. In such background, many researchers tried to explore how to obtain the competitive advantages in the titan tourism market."The dissemination of tourism image"is one of the main topics in this research area. This theory gave the supportive explanation to the competitive advantages of the successful tourism cities and countries. Nowadays, how to establish and disseminate the unique and attractive city image became the basic rules for the sustainable development of tourism industry.Relying on the study of dissemination, advertisement, tourism geography and other related theories, this paper tries to analyze the problems in the process of tourism image dissemination in Ji'an. Based on the successful experiences of other cities, this paper gives some dissemination strategies which can enhance the tourism image of the city, through the three perspectives of the government, the public and the media. Ji'an will have both tangible and intangible benefits through ongoing digging its tourism resources and establishing its tourism image. Ji'an can promote the development of tourism industry through upgrading the visibility of tourism.
