So, in the tourism development process, the creation of distinctive, attractive and powerful appeal of the tourism image has a pivotal role, is the key to dominate the market.Based on the analysis of the Liaohe River tourism with local on the use of CIS strategy for tourism with the image of the Liaohe explore, study and travel with Liaohe tourism image design and route of transmission. Main contents are as follows:(1) Analysis of the design and dissemination of tourism image and related theories. On the basis of the introduction of customer value theory and CIS strategies and theories,exposition and analysis the relationship between tourism and the spread between image design, to provide a theoretical basis for the design and dissemination of tourism image.(2) From the four aspects of tourism with local Liaohe analysis: respectively,analysis tourism resource of Tieling, Shenyang, Anshan and Panjin; Analysis tourism resources from the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges for tourism with Liaohe SWOT; local context analysis focused on natural ecological resources and historical and cultural monuments; Analysis tourism audience, the visitors goal into three levels.(3) Analysis of the basic principles of the design of the Liaohe tourism image, the image of the tourism image of the concept design, visual image design and image design behavior.Determine the positioning of tourism image Liaohe tourism zone, highlighting the wetland ecological tourism resources with the Liaohe, the rural landscape and historic cultural characteristics and so on.
