With the increasing competition of various fields, enterprises should improve their key competitiveness to steady the competitive ability under the economic crisis situation. Marketing positions face market Competitions most directly in the enterprise, and they play an important role in realizing enterprise value. The enterprise asks the sales staff to improve their capability for getting through the crisis. One hand, marketing staffs training can improve competitiveness of enterprises and achieve strategy; As a result, the marketing staffs face new opportunities and challenges. The staffs increase their interest to training and Study, and form the training, enterprises can gain obvious achievement. On the other hand, if we integrate personal development with the enterprise's strategic development, then we can not only meet the need of marketing staffs personal development to increase staff's passion for work, but also strengthen enterprise cohesion.Marketing Personnel training,as the core component of human resources development beneficially exploration and attemptation was Carrying out numerous domestic and international business enterprises on the different degrees. Whereas,because of the restrict of various subjective and objective factors most business enterprises in our country still have many problems to further resolve in the Process of carrying out marketing Personnel training. Such as the training principle is not clear,the training target is not explicit,the training contents lack of pertinence. These Phenomenon and still formal training is wide spread exist. Especially,training was not completely considered from the need of business enterprise marketing strategic and the angle of personal development of marketing personnel. It makes training and the actual work request dislocated.The paper analyzes the current instance o f training in enterprises with the theory of Career development and Training theory. Through the analysis of problems in practical work, find the key problems. The paper puts its point on the key capability of marketing staff. With the help of employee career development system, carry out exact training to different levels and position design system, and finally make staff and enterprise develop together.Generally, the topic of the thesis is challenging and can render guide to the majority of the enterprises under severe competition environment.
