Along with the reformation and recombination in telecommunications industry,granting3G license plates and opening our country’s telecommunication market tothe foreign telecom operators, the competition in our country’s telecommunicationmarket become more and more intense. CMCC (China Mobile CommunicationCorporation) faces such austere challenge, if it wants to remain invincible in thecompetition and wants to achieve sustainable development in the ceaselessreformation, it must attach importance to developing and constructing of HR (.HumanResource), and realizing increment of capital. Employee training as an important linkin HRM (Human Resource Management) has become a major means of modernenterprises to promote core competence and a key factor to increase in human capital.In recent years, in order to adapt the development of corporation, CMCC in S city’sthe quantity of staff rapid rise. However, the speed of staff expansion overquickly, thestaff’s quality is the good and bad are intermingled, especially the quality of workersat the production line is lower, but high-end talents are deficient. The corporation’straining system is incomplete and lack of scientificalness.This paper uses literature study, demonstration analysis and questionnaire surveyetc analytical means, proceed with the actuality of staff training of CMCC in S cityand combine with the study of literature theory. The paper main expounds strategichuman resources theory, career development path theory, qualifications managementtheory and motivation theory as the basis theories of the paper. It summarizes someproblems, such as CMCC in S city’s staff training effectiveness and pertinence isweak; training work is imbalanced; staffs think little of training and corporation maintraining mode exist defects etc.On the basis of aforesaid, the paper analyses the reason why CMCC in S city’sstaff training has many problem: the corporation lacks management on staff’s careerdevelopment; the way of staff’s career development is single so it cannot satisfy allkinds of staff’s development requirement; every post’s qualification system in the corporation is imperfect; scientific course training system is not yet developed andtraining assessment system and training incentive system is imperfect. It puts forwardthat the corporation can by means of devising staff’s career management, structuringthe way of staff’s career development, perfecting qualification system, developingstaff training course system, consummating training evaluation system and perfectingtraining incentive system, to optimize the staff training of CMCC in Scity.
