Modern Human resource management systems have been built up in most companies to improve the efficiency of operation and the core-competitiveness. But there're still many issues for some companies who stay in the initial stage of human resource management on performance evaluation only, such as confusing the conception between performance management and performance evaluation, formalizing the process, fuzzy the standard and keeping subjectivity during evaluation. Those issues are worth to think over and find solution to improve the development for any company.The study objective in this paper is the design of Project performance management system in JB Company. JB Company, as an animation developing company, belongs to knowledge-intensive and project-intensive industry. Since project managers are the key of project and company's success, improving their performance is very important not only for current projects, but also for enterprise's long-term development.By introducing and analyzing the performance management system of project managers of the JB Company, below process are eager to solve: performance plan , communication during the process, the feedback cycle handle, performance indicator setting and standard of appraisal. Combine the theory of MBO(Management By Objectives), 360-Degree Feedback and performance management, the paper is trying to design a new scientific and applicable performance management system of project manager under the company's strategy to improve the performance for both project managers and JB Company in the future. |
