| China has been joined Word Trade Organization (WTO) and became the 143rd member on December 11, 2001. Since then, China has pledged to open its banking sector to foreign banks by December 11, 2006 according to the World Trade Organization accession agreement. Regardless of the need of the Era of the Knowledge Economy or the finance competition of joining the WTO, all needs the China internal commercial bank maintenance to continue the lasting learning ability, trace the advanced new technology and the management, and accept the challenge of the future. Therefore it's important of increasing the investment of human resources, enhancing the training of the staff, promoting the staff quality. All above can cause the human capital to continue to rise in value, help the enterprise to obtain a more magnificent achievement.The enterprise's training work had the certain history. Although the definition scope is different to training, but generally thought the goal of the training system is for promote to develop enterprise and help the staff to grow. Now the global 500 companies all had own training system.Under the economic and the strategy plan of China Merchants Bank Lanzhou Branch background, by using the relative theory of human resource training, this paper analyzes the training system of Lanzhou branch. In profits from the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise's training experience, this paper has consummated some important contents, such as the training system strategic guidance function, training flow system, training institutional framework, career develop management system, study culture reconstruction, inhuman strength resources department's human resources management mechanism, proposed several concrete solutions. |
