Latter Sends The Region Economy Development Question Research

China's regional economic disparities,has now become the constraints of all-round development of economic and social. Economic historian Gerschenkron believed that the backward areas can learn from the developed areas'experience, through the introduction and use of the developed areas'advanced technology and capital, reducing their time costs of trial, so as to promote the development of the region, backward areas that have some"advantages."However,such"advantages"for the development of backward areas provides a potential possibility. In the pattern of regional economic competitiveness,backward areas how to form the efficiency and orderly system,translate the potential advantages into real advantages, in order to achieve the region's rapid economic development, will be the elimination of urban-rural dual structure and achieve social equity strategic thinkin in the development process.Although Regional economic theory and development of economic theory research uneven development from the mult-point of view, but it don't build the theoretical framework that how backward areas use the offspring advantage to achieve economic catch-up and rapid economic development in word and deed. In this way,found the dynamics that accelerates the development of the region and converts offspring advantage to the reality becomes a positive proposition.Base on the current research of regional economics and technology,through a reasonable extension, this paper focus on applied research. According to the basic theory of regional economics, use combination methods of qualitative and quantitative,criterion and demonstration, combined with the advantage of"back region", as well as development economics and industrial economics theory, as Xinjiang an example,make a feasibility analysis to how"after the region"use the backward advantage,and on the basis of the analysis,table a proposal for the specific economic situation in Xinjiang,also provide theory for the other regions that in the after region.The full text is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. This article introduces the research background, research significance, research at home and abroad, and the framework of article ideas,the possible innovation and shortcomings.The second part is related theoretic summarize, defined the concept and connotation of"the region after", then,expound the advantage of the formation mechanism, including the following three aspects: technology innovation and imitation, the system changes and the dynamic structure of transplantation optimize , lay the foundation for the proposal for Xinjiang's economic development policy.The third part is introduced success stories that regions make use of backward advantage promoting regional economic development at home and abroad, Xinjiang how to learn from these successful experiences and good fast Xinjiang's economic development.The fourth part analysis the feasibility of Xinjiang use the advantage of economic development , including the reality of backward advantage , feasibility analysis of using the advantage, based on the advantage of Xinjiang analyzed the status quo, including the Xinjiang's geopolitical advantages,resources , characteristics of the economic advantages of learning the advantages,opportunities-based advantages.The fifth part is bring policy recommendations of Xinjiang use backward advantage to achieve rapid economic development forward.
