In the current context of the global financial crisis, enterprises are facing increasing pressure to survive, how to improve business performance to become more and more frequently for managers to think about performance management as a modern enterprise human resources management tools and an important means to be effective in helping enterprises to continue to enhance performance and achieve strategic objectives, therefore, re-and a correct understanding of performance management, according to the actual situation, to re-examine the existing performance management system, and on this basis to build a new type of in accordance with the enterprise development the state of performance management system for the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises is theoretically and practically significant.AA Chemical Co., Ltd.
