This paper makes a case study on one true company named BeiFangXingZhan. based on the situation of compensation system in this company.The first part in this paper introduces the status quo of compensation in& out country,analysis the significance and notion of this research.The second part summarizes the theory and method in compensation management.The third part emphasizes on the compensation system of company BeiFangXingZhan,discusses current institution and concrete measure deeply.Finally the fourth and fifth part expounds the reform on compensation system of BeiFangXingZhan Company.The main conclusion of this paper is that adoption of point salary system can enhance the activity of employees universally and increase the productivity of work evidently,while reinforce the stability of core personnel and decrease the turnover of staff.The research of compensation system on BeiFangXingZhan Company is applicable widely.And it is deserved to be use for reference on compensation reform for the same type company. |
