Study And Design Of Supplier Selection System Under The Collaborative Circumstance Of E-business

Along with the economic globalization and the rapid development of science and technology,the environment for enterprise survival had changed greatly.That kind of stable commercial environment which had appeared before has already never returned. The environment of enterprise has already changed from the traditional business model into the collaborative E-business model.Suppliers are important part of the enterprise necessary survival environment.Under the collaborative circumstance of E-business, the methods used for supplier's appraisal and selection also have changed from static to dynamic.The main aim of this article is to study and construct a flexible supplier's appraisal and selection system,and to develop software to assistant enterprise to work on it.At first the related theory about supplier's appraisal and selection and concept about flexible are expounded,and objective review about the domestic and foreign research situation is presented in this paper.The model and method,selection criterion to the existing main suppliers are also induced.Second,based on full analysis and reference the related theory and method used for the domestic and foreign suppliers appraises,a supplier appraisal and the selection system has been constructed,which takes into account the enterprise under the collaborative circumstance of E-business, and from the aspects of the competitiveness of suppliers'products,the competitiveness of cooperation,the competitiveness of enterprises' internal environment,the competitiveness of enterprises' external environment.Considering the enterprise in the business background,more or less a supplier appraisal and indices system has been proposed.The system's flexibility can be presented as fellow,different type suppliers can have different selection criterion system,indices and weight in the appraisal system can be adjusted according to the enterprise actual situation.Qualitative indices have given rule and can be changed.Finally,a flexible supplier's appraisal and selection system is designed,and work flow,the system structure and entire design and construction of the database are elaborated.I use Eclipse as a development tool and ado- pt."JSP+JavaBean+Database" as a logical framework to develop the system function modules,which includes the supplier management module,the material procurement management module,the supplier appraisal module,the supplier selection module,the data management module.This will serve as a powerful help to select suppliers for many enterprises.
