A Research On Management Of Low-rent Housing Project Construction Of Qingyunpu District

The low-rent housing construction is a livelihood project of the country. Inorder to make the low-income realize “having a residence”, our country establishesa multi-level and diversified housing security system and invests a large sum ofcapital to the low-rent housing construction every year. In the low-rent housingconstruction, how to utilize the limited capital to construct qualified and affordablelow-rent houses in short terms with high efficiency has always been the hot issue thesocial public pays attention to. During the whole construction course of low-renthousing program, it is required not only to manage well the plot, design, assessment,budget, optimization, etc. in the starting and planning stage of the program but alsoto control well aspects such as capital, quality, progress, safety, resources and risks inthe executing and supervising stage of the program so as to make the programconstruction achieve high efficiency, high quality and produce good social benefits.Therefore, to introduce program management in the low-rent housing programconstruction is both of scientific instructiveness and practical feasibility.This paper targets the low-rent housing construction program of QingyunpuDistrict as research object, systematically uses learned program managementknowledge, draws advanced and effective experience from modern constructionproject management, combines the practical situation of the program, expounds howto use scientific management thought to effectively manage the low-rent housingprogram and explores problems in the low-rent housing construction through casestudies. Moreover, aimed at the prominent problems that exist in the low-renthousing construction, it puts forward four countermeasures for perfecting thelow-rent housing construction and hopes to provide decision-making references forthe government’s low-rent housing construction.
