In the fierce market competition,how to set up the competition superiority of this company possess the core competition of the enterprise? How to make our own enterprise have a high light in this fierce market competition and become an outstanding once among these enterprises? How to attract,retain and encourage the elites? How to keep the rational accumulation of the benefit of enterprise and the effective inspiration for the staffs.These are all involved in a central problem of human resource management,which is the Compensation management.Reform and improve the pay system is an urgent task for enterprises.In the increasingly competitive insurance industry to set up an amplified modern insurance system to realize the healthy development of insurance industry,high-qualified insurance elites are indispensable.But comparing with the high-speed developing insurance industry,the shortage problem of elites becomes a disadvantage in the development of insurance industry.Taking the A company for an example.There is a realistic meaning to study and design the insurance Compensation management system.Under the guidance of compensation and human resource management theory,in this thesis,I use the A company I work in as my research object,redesign of the compensation system.Through the analyze and research of compensation distribution situation,with the combination of the characteristic of the enterprise and the demand of human resources development strategy.To analyze the existing issue on the Original Compensation System of the A company,we Lead the Position Compensation System into the design,do the job analysis and the integration of position,and confirm the wage scale.Establish the constructed compensation-Structure system that fixed adding float,and make clear the Incentive Oriented Function of compensation;Establish the Performance Appraisal Management System that adjust Wages,which embodies the Compensation Values;improves the equilibrium and effectiveness of Compensation Management System.Meet the requirements of employees changing with the economy and science developed progressively,accord compensation stratagem of the enterprise. Compensation system,which is not immovable but dynamic,the purpose of enterprise Compensation system management to use first-class salaries to attract the best talents and create a first-class performance.The author hopes that this study can be valuable for high-levels and HR managers to implement compensation management,especially for administrators and enhance the competitiveness of the company.
