| In recent years,vacation tour for the purpose of sightseeing,entertainment and recuperate rises gradually,taking a vacation in free time becomes a new kind of consumption.As a quickly developing part of the whole tourism industry,coastal vacation attracts general attention.We have abundant coastal resources,so we can stand in a higher jumping-off point to exploit them,at the same time,we have capacious marketing vacuum,all these factors bring coastal vacation vigorous development.However,lots of foreign resorts which have international name-brands come in and bring fierce competition.Some problems appear in our domestic resorts, such as types of products are simplify,the nature of culture and region is deletion, pursue the feeling of top grade,and luxury excessively,without exact marketing positioning and so on.These questions puzzle many managers of the resorts,thereby arosing the discuss about the resort's core-competition.The author used some theory of core-competition from predecessor and consult the characteristic and management theory of service industry,then divided the evaluating indicator of the coastal resorts into 4 sorts and 29 indicators by starting with aspects of service.This thesis integrated expertise and analytic hierarchy process and then obtained the weight of each evaluating indicator,establish primary evaluation model through fuzzle comprehensive evaluation.From the aspects of optimizing service,steping up brand,persisting in innovation,constructing corporation culture,designing sight,this thesis discussed the approach of how to breed the resort's core-competition aiming at five prior indicators,and hope to provide some help for the governor to advance their corprations' core-competition. |
