Evaluation On Suitability Of Rural Constructive Land Scale And Distribution In Linyi

Evaluation on suitablity of land is the early stage of land planning. At present, research on suitability evaluation in China is more focused on agricultural land and urban construction land than rual constructive land. There are many problems existing in rural constructive land in China, such as lack of planing, large area occupied, scattered layout and so on. At the same time, with the acceleration of urbanization, the contradiction between the increasing urban construction land and the shortage of cultivated land is becoming obvious. Evaluating on suitability of rural constructive land scale and distribution in Linyi can be served as the basis for rural land planning, and has great significance in improving the Rural Constructive Land intensive use and potential, alleviating the pressure of insufficient supply of urban construction land, and increasing arable land and promoting the construction of the new rural.This paper studies the basic theory, evaluaton methods, land scale forecasting and layout pattern of Evaluation On Suitability Of Rural Constructive Land Scale And Distribution in Linyi city, Shandong Province. These are the basis of the new round of land planning revision, land intensive use ,help realize common development of economic, social and ecological and also provide reference for other areas.The main contents can be drawn:(1)On the base of the study background, the author analyzed the present distribution and scale situation of the rural constructive land in Linyi by using Voronoi. meanwhile, the author analyzed the resource allocation of the rural constructive land in Linyi form three directions: water resources allocation,farmland quality and traffic location.(2)The article use multi-factor assessment for suitability evaluation of the rual constructive land. first, the author analyzed the natural factors,socio-economic factors, and then established evaluation index system, quantified the evaluation index, determine the influencing factors' weight with the AHP, calculated the suitability value with the space weighted stack method and divided the suitability level.(3) The article predicted the rural constructive land scale in Linyi in recently prediction and long term prediction by means of quota index, analysised the result. (4)Under the guidance of the layout principle, combing with the city of natural, economic and social attributes of Linyi, the article put forward several layout pattern of rural constructive land, and put forward three suggestions for layout of rural constructive land in Linyi city.
